 Influence customers to grow sales, improve service and identify efficiencies by applying new techniques, tools and information systems.

 Work with Retail Marketing team to leverage trade spending and develop effective promotional and in store programs that drive consumption off the shelf. Ensure efficient and effective use of promotional material and equipment.

 Conduct detailed analyses of trends and gain customer and CP agreement for a business plan that balances the needs of the customer and Colgate.
 </li>
 <li>
 Performs other duties as assigned

 Required Qualifications:

 <li>
 Bachelor's Degree Preferably with a business administration, economics and social sciences bachelor degree.
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 5 years Customer and category management experience; preferably within a multinational FMCG company in Ecommerce and similar channel
 </li>
 <li>
 P&amp;L Literacy
 </li>
 <li>
 Negotiation Skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient in English
