The Communications Officer post is part of the Corporate Communications and Publications (CCP) unit. The Communications Officer, (External Communications) is responsible for: (i) producing, in a timely manner, quality communications products that accurately illustrate WHO&rsquo;s work and impact in countries, (ii) developing and adapting global and regional communications products and activities for use at country level, and (iii) building communications capacity in country offices.</p><p>
 Under the supervision of the Press and Media Relations Officer and guidance of the Communications Manager the incumbent performs the following duties.</p><p><b>

a) Produces news stories, features, event notices, and other intelligence and information materials , of WHO&rsquo;s work at country level for internal/external audiences;</p><p>
