   Being responsible for the procurement activities in various projects in the Middle East area of Grid Software.

   Develop and implement external Supplier and Commodity strategies in line with global Procurement strategies, identify and qualify national and international suppliers, build a portfolio of innovative preferred suppliers, and continuously optimize their performance.
  </li>

   Manage supplier capabilities to deliver materials and services in line with business requirements related to commercial, quality and supply aspects.
  </li>
  <li>
   Negotiate and implement supplier contracts for projects and support the execution team in case of any project issues caused by supplier side.
  </li>
  <li>
   Drive sustainability, digitalization, and cybersecurity initiatives with our suppliers and optimize 3rd-party costs in customer offers and projects in close collaboration with the sales team.
  </li>
  <li>
   As part of the Siemens procurement network, you will use global resources and work across hierarchies.

   Min. 5 years of relevant experience.

   Experience in project procurement preferably in the building/infrastructure/software/oil &amp; gas industry dealing with international suppliers.
  </li>
  <li>
   Exceptional relationship development skills at all levels, with proven track record in successful negotiations and relationship management (internal &amp; external).
  </li>
  <li>
   Strong ownership, negotiation skills, attention to details and well organized.
  </li>
  <li>
   Able to handle multiple tasks at the same time and meet project deadlines.
