   Responsibilities

    Keep all priority project boards up to date
   </strong>
   on Asana and Google Workspace; prepare weekly status updates for the Managing Partner.
  </li>

    Follow up daily on priority actions
   </strong>
   assigned to the Managing Partner&rsquo;s direct reports.
  </li>
  <li>
   <strong>
    Identify missing tasks
   </strong>
   from internal communication threads and create/schedule them on Asana.
  </li>
  <li>
   <strong>
    Coordinate communication between internal teams
   </strong>
   (Finance &amp; Administrative, Supply Chain &amp; Planning, Production &amp; Engineering, Product &amp; Marketing, Sales) and external stakeholders (consultants, service providers, partners) to keep projects on track.

   Monitor cross-department

    workload distribution and performance OKRs.

   Support

    workflow improvements and internal process documentation.

   Qualifications

    project management, management support, or business operations.

    interpersonal and communication skills.
   </strong>

   Fluent professional
