 What you will do
 <br/>
 <br/>

   Customer onboarding. After handoff from Sales, you&rsquo;ll guide new clients through integration, help them build their first funnel, and get their campaigns live.

   Act as a strategic advisor. Consult clients on funnel optimization and offer guidance on UA, analytics, and campaign performance.
  </li>
  <li>
   Drive performance. Track key client metrics, check in regularly, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
  </li>
  <li>
   Be the voice of the customer. Gather and relay feedback, bugs, and feature requests to the product team. Follow up to ensure critical issues are delivered.

   Build trust. Create strong relationships with clients and be their go-to person for everything Onifox.

   Know the product inside and out. You&rsquo;ll be expected to answer detailed product questions and assist with complex use cases.

   You have proven experience in Customer Success at SaaS companies, ideally in the mobile industry
  </li>
  <li>
   You possess solid knowledge of mobile analytics and UA: you understand the basics of Amplitude, Facebook Ads, creative testing, and acquisition metrics
  </li>
  <li>
   You&rsquo;re fluent in English written and spoken (B2+ or higher)
  </li>
  <li>
   You&rsquo;re independent and proactive &mdash; we don&rsquo;t micromanage, so you should be comfortable owning your work and driving outcomes
  </li>

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to own the end-to-end delivery of our solution. You will be the &quot;bridge&quot; between our world-class development team in Canada and the operations teams of our Tier-1 clients.</p><p></p><p><b><i>
What You Will Do</i></b></p><ul><li>Deployment Orchestration: Manage the end-to-end rollout of Edge Signal boxes across retail sites. You will coordinate logistics, verify hardware arrival, and ensure the onboarding process is seamless.</li><li>Technical Liaison: Act as the primary technical point of contact for client IT and Network departments. You will guide them through firewall permissions, NVR configurations, and IP address assignments.</li><li>Remote Site Auditing: Lead the remote configuration of cameras. You will assess camera angles, map RTSP streams, and determine the optimal setup for specific AI rules.</li><li>Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a junior operations team responsible for daily site health checks and basic onboarding tasks.</li><li>Process Architecture &amp; Documentation: You will own the &quot;Institutional Memory&quot; of our operations. You are responsible for clearly defining, documenting, and maintaining all onboarding and regular site-check procedures.
