and automate HR processes, payroll management, and workforce planning. 
<ul><li>Proficient in analysing and improving HR workflows, including recruitment, employee</li></ul>
onboarding, performance management, and offboarding, to align with business strategies. 
<ul><li>Extensive experience in configuring payroll systems to ensure accurate payroll processing, tax</li></ul>
calculations, and compliance with local, regional, and international labour laws and regulations</div>

Skilled in migrating HR and payroll data from legacy systems into Dynamics 365 HR and 
integrating with other Microsoft products such as Dynamics 365 Finance, Power BI, and third party payroll systems.

management, time tracking, benefits administration, and performance reviews.

fixes/enhancement to the application. 
<ul><li>Proactively detects and resolves incidents and problems.</li><li>Simplify the management of the underlying heterogeneous IT environment.</li><li>Setup knowledge base for frequently asked questions.</li><li>Interact with Technology Vendor and Level 3 Support team for providing necessary problem</li></ul>

tools including Lifecycle Services and Azure Dev Ops

<ul><li>Provide daily user support and troubleshooting of issues.</li><li>Must be able to QA test, implementation work &amp; development work and to ensure business</li></ul>
