</li><li>Regularly exchange information on new products and sources, market trends, and lessons learned with peers, supervisor, and Manager
</li><li>Supervise, direct, train, and coordinate activities of assigned personnel
</li><li>Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures</li></ul></div>
 <div>Essential Qualifications and Education:
<ul><li>Engineering graduate
</li><li>Approximately 10 years of relevant experience
</li><li>Demonstrates a broad knowledge of the procurement process
</li><li>Able to effectively communicate commercial solutions and concepts to procurement personnel and non-procurement personnel
</li><li>Support Integrated Procurement worldwide, work with suppliers to develop supplier agreements
</li><li>Understand local and regional logistics regulations and agreements
</li><li>Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access)
</li><li>Experience in Smart Plant Materials and HR Systems
</li><li>Certificates in process improvement and/or Six Sigma a plus
