The Data Reporting and Metrics Specialist is responsible for providing operational data for Global Freight Forwarding. He/ She generates queries to obtain data for internal customer requests and analyzes data to ensure the information is accurate and meets customer needs. 
RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>
Generates Reports
<ul><li>Utilizes advanced data retrieval methods (e.g., SQL, macros, etc.) to create and run queries efficiently.</li><li>
Generates operational reports for senior management to help identify service failures and to support operational planning decisions.</li><li>
Analyzes and formats data deliverables (e.g., reports, spreadsheets, etc.) to provide users with meaningful and interpretable information.</li></ul></li><li>
Conducts Research and Analyzes Data
<ul><li>Researches and identifies operational data to ensure stakeholders (e.g., senior management, etc.) are informed.</li><li>
Analyzes and manipulates data to answer business questions and to respond to data requests.</li><li>
