This position will have responsibility for technical design, implementation, support and maintenance of the firm's strategic data warehouse. This position will also play a key role in selection, design, and implementation of data ingestions, integration and transformation technologies.</p>

RESPONSIBILITIES:</b></p>

Designing, implementing, maintaining and scaling the Audax data ecosystem</b></p>

WHAT YOU WILL NEED</div><ul><li><div>
8+ years of experience in Data Engineering, BI Engineering, or Data Architecture roles.</div></li><li><div>
Expert in SQL, Python, and Spark (PySpark or Scala).</div></li><li><div>
Hands-on experience with Databricks, Redshift, Snowflake, or BigQuery.</div></li><li><div>
Proficiency with data modeling (fact/dimension, star schema, lakehouse).</div></li><li><div>
Experience with workflow orchestration tools (Airflow, Dagster, or Prefect).</div></li><li><div>
Advanced understanding of BI tools &mdash; Looker (LookML), Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent.</div></li><li><div>
Familiarity with semantic modeling, data marts, and metrics governance.</div></li><li><div>
Solid experience with version control (Git), CI/CD for data, and testing frameworks.</div></li><li><div>
Proven ability to balance engineering depth with analytical accessibility &mdash; building systems that both scale and empower non-technical users.</div></li></ul><ul><li><div>
Experience in media, streaming, or digital advertising data ecosystems.</div></li><li><div>
Familiarity with ad delivery data (Freewheel, Google Ad Manager, Innovid) and audience metrics (Nielsen, Comscore).</div></li><li><div>
Understanding of machine learning feature pipelines or real-time audience segmentation.</div></li><li><div>
Experience implementing DBT Cloud, Databricks Unity Catalog, or ThoughtSpot Modeling Language (TML).</div></li><li><div>
Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related quantitative field.</div></li></ul><div></div><div>

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $160,000.00-198,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.
