ACCOUNTABILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS</b></p>
<p>
As an Account Director on the Real Estate team you will&hellip;</p>
<ul>
<li>Lead development of large-scale strategies along with teammates</li>
<li>Drive client communications daily: setting expectations, escalating urgent needs, building and maintaining strong relationships, etc.</li>
<li>Manage junior staff on each account you lead, strategically influencing deliverables' quality and staff development by delegating, modeling smart practices and providing feedback</li>
<li>Manage up to build strong, effective relationships with senior team leaders to understand their goals, communication styles and needs, providing proactive solutions to work together toward success.</li>
<li>Coordinate across internal and external teams to deploy integrated services (media relations, digital advertising, research) to meet your clients' goals</li>
<li>Conceptualize and drive new story angles and other media opportunities for clients: such as ideating and landing feature stories during news lulls, or drafting a persuasive and compelling pitch on behalf of a client for a high-profile interview, award or conference</li>
<li>Work closely with senior team leaders on capacity planning to ensure that the team is running efficiently</li>
<li>Contribute to business development and growth efforts</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Essential skills:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>A minimum of 6 years of strategic communications experience: in-house, media or journalism; PR agency experience preferred</li>
<li>Deep in media relations in real estate, business, corporate communications, executive thought leadership and urbanism</li>
<li>Strong storytelling skills with the ability to provide examples of materials that clearly demonstrate these capabilities</li>
<li>At least 1 year of experience managing teams</li>
<li>Versatile writer who is comfortable and well-versed in writing professional, on-brand materials for clients</li>
<li>Savviness and creativity in media relations and pitching, social media content ideation and influencer engagement with the knowledge to identify new targets and thoughtful angles until the story lands</li>
<li>Ability to confidently communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing, with varying levels of staff, clients, the media and is comfortable thinking on their feet</li>
<li>Organized and adept to working in a fast-paced environment with the capability to handle multiple assignments at once and still meet deadlines</li>
<li>Proven ability to become a savvy and nimble student of the &quot;news&quot; and quickly identify new media opportunities and narratives to insert our clients' voices into the news cycle</li>
<li>Passion and an insatiable curiosity for the built environment and all things real estate</li></ul><br>

Equity Research Associate</div><div>
The candidate will support a Senior Analyst covering Clean Energy at Mizuho Securities, located in midtown NYC. The role involves gathering and analyzing industry information, dissecting earnings releases, writing research, and financial modeling across Solar, Battery Storage, Natural Gas OEMs, Nuclear, and EPC. Coverage spans policy‑driven, technology‑driven, and asset‑heavy business models, offering exposure to multiple valuation frameworks.</div><div>

Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience and capabilities</li></ul><div><i>
The expected base salary ranges from $110,000-150,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications and licenses obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered.
