Pay:
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Fractal, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current base salary is up to $195,000.

The AI Enablement Business Analyst, Sr. sits within the Global Business Operations (GBO) AI Enablement Team and serves as the critical bridge between business units and the Technology Operations team. This is fundamentally an analyst and advisory role &mdash; you will not be building AI solutions directly, but you will be the person who ensures they get built right.
You will own the early lifecycle of every AI use case: from helping submitters articulate their ideas, through scoping and requirements definition, tool and feasibility assessment, and preparing a structured handoff package for the technology team.
This role is central to how the AI Enablement Team scales its impact. </div><div>Role Summary:
Lead business analysis for large/multi stream programs driving requirements strategy process design and stakeholder alignment while guiding a team of BAs to deliver high quality outcomes 
Key Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Lead BA team across multiple workstreams define standards templates and governance</li>
<li>Drive complex requirements, elicitation, user stories, BRD-FRD and end to end process design</li>
<li>Conduct impact analysis, process modelling and solution validation with architecture and QA</li>
<li>Manage stakeholder alignment prioritization scope decisions and business sign offs</li>
<li>Support Agile/SAFe ceremonies</li>
<li>UAT planning, defect triage and delivery readiness</li> 
</ul>Skills/Experience:
<ul><li>15 years BA experience with 5 years in a Lead/Manager role</li>
<li>Strong in enterprise analysis Agile/SAFe delivery and cross-team coordination</li>
<li>Excellent communication facilitation and stakeholder management skills</li>
<li>Tools: JIRA,Azure DevOps, SQL, data analysis</li>
<li>Preferred Background: Insurance, banking modernization, cloud migration or platform transformation , Duck Creek/Guidewire, .NET</li> 
</ul>Education/Certifications:
Bachelors in Business/IT
 CBAP, SAFe, Lean certifications preferred
</div></div></div>The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $100000 - $117453
Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.
The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.
These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.
It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.
In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
