<li>You are an expert in SQL</li>
<li>You are proficient in either R or Python for data analysis</li>
<li>You have experience designing and analyzing A/B testing experiments and guide product decisions with experimental insights</li>
<li>You are results-driven and passionate about building great products, with a proven track record of taking projects from inception to launch</li>

Harlem Children's Zone seeks a <b>Senior Salesforce Analyst</b> to join our Data Science team within the Research and Evaluation Department, reporting to the Director of Data Science. Requirements</b><br>
<ul><li>
A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a combination of relevant education and equivalent professional experience.</li><li>
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Salesforce administration and development, with experience creating and implementing Salesforce data strategy, preferably at a non-profit organization.</li><li>
Salesforce Apex Certification

Deep experience with Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) (required), Education Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Analytics Cloud, and Tableau CRM/Einstein Analytics.</li><li>
Expert-level knowledge of current Salesforce features, roadmap, and emerging technologies.</li><li>
Advanced proficiency in creating complex flows, process automation, and workflow optimization; strong knowledge of Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Platform development.</li><li>
Experience with Salesforce implementation; familiarity with data modeling and object-oriented design.
</li><li>Proven track record in data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation with a focus on actionable insights.</li><li>
Strong project management and stakeholder management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.</li><li>

What You&rsquo;ll Do</b><ul><li>
Develop and communicate a strategic vision for HCZ&rsquo;s Salesforce architecture.</li><li>
Design and implement scalable and efficient solutions to address business needs, aligning with industry best practices and HCZ&rsquo;s mission, values, and goals, in collaboration with the Salesforce Administrator and internal/external stakeholders. Solutions should be oriented towards increasing automation, easing data entry, improving data quality, and reducing data storage.</li><li>
Utilize expertise in Salesforce administration, Apex, flows, and database management to implement and customize Salesforce solutions.</li><li>
Manage and lead complex projects related to Salesforce, from planning and execution to monitoring and closure.</li><li>
Collaborate with department heads and cross-functional teams to identify project requirements, scope, and timelines.</li><li>
Ensure compliance with data privacy and security policies, including adherence to industry best practices, in collaboration with the Salesforce Administrator.</li><li>
Evaluate, select, and manage relationships with third-party vendors and integration tools in collaboration with the Director of Data Science and support their integration into the Salesforce environment.</li><li>
Provide technical mentorship and guidance to Salesforce Administrator and junior team members.</li><li>
Develop training materials and conduct knowledge transfer sessions.</li><li>
Stay current with Salesforce releases and industry best practices, sharing insights with the broader organization.</li><li>
