JOB PURPOSE: 
As the Technology &amp; Data Manager/Lead for Turkey, you will be responsible for leading the local IT strategy and operations in alignment with regional and global business goals. You will act as the primary technology partner to the country leadership team, ensuring that IT delivers measurable value to the business. A key focus of this role is strong business engagement, enabling digital transformation and innovation across commercial, supply chain, and support functions.<div>

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED: 
QUALIFICATIONS: 
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or</li></ul>
related field. 
<ul><li>10+ years of progressive IT experience, preferably in FMCG or a similar fast-paced</li></ul>
industry. 5+ years of IT leadership experience. 
<ul><li>Proven track record in business partnering and stakeholder management.</li><li>Strong understanding of enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, analytics platforms).</li><li>Excellent communication, leadership, and change management skills.</li><li>Fluent in English; and local language.</li></ul></div><div>
