Bachelor's degree</li><li>
MBA or higher degree in science is desirable</li><li>
Experience - Responsibility and minimum number of years</li><li>
4-7+ years of pharmaceutical/related market experience, including working knowledge of various analytical capabilities</li><li>

Ability to leverage large, multi-dimensional data sets to drive business decisions</li><li>
Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to frame issues and present to business stakeholders</li><li>
