Your role will be pivotal in the overall management, control, organization and direction of Outbound operational areas of your site. Your responsibilities will include, amongst others: 
 
Maintaining Health and Safety standards within your remit area, while promoting and inspiring a culture of safety on-site, 
Monitor, analyze and work on improvement of customer experience and delivery performance. 
Maintain and develop KPIs and SLAs through daily management and follow-up. 
Become proficient on specific, larger-scale processes and activities, such as 5S audits, 
In your inventory control and systems environment, you&rsquo;ll handle meaningful data collection, updating operations metrics on an hourly basis, 
Therefore, you&rsquo;ll aim to achieve productivity targets, reduce cost per unit, eliminate errors and ensure an excellent customer experience, 
Partnering closely with other support teams (HR, Finance, Facilities, Safety and Security, IT) on staffing plans, schedules and performance levels, 
Implement progressive process change and contribute in cross-functional Six Sigma initiatives within your site and the broader Amazon EU Operations network, 
Contribute to process improvement and cost optimization initiatives. Lead lean projects in order to ensure continuous and sustainable improvements.<h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS</h2><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree, preferably in engineering,logistic,management</li><li>Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English and Turkish</li><li>Previous experience in leading large, diverse teams,</li><li>Proven experience in operations, engineering, industrial or supply chain management.</li><li>Overall understanding of inbound and outbound operations as well as support function roles.</li><li>Relevant experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment</li><li>Relevant experience in using data or anecdotal evidence to influence business decisions</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
