<div>Key responsibilities :
<ul><li>Implement a comprehensive operational excellence strategy that supports Maersk's business objectives and drives continuous improvement within the operation and stakeholders.
</li><li>Be a partner in delivering training programs to build proficient material in process improvement methodologies and tools.
</li><li>Identify, track, and audit key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of operational excellence initiatives and lead and support Lean Corner for Daily-Weekly meetings in Gemba with shopfloor personnel on the site.
</li><li>Define and maintain a continuous improvement framework and toolkit, including process maps, metrics, and best practices on the sites.
</li><li>Lead cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities and implement changes to drive operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
</li><li>Lead identification of digital improvements and reports simplification for the operational sector and daily routines, promoting visual management in the sites.
</li><li>Develop and deliver training programs to ensure all employees are proficient in process improvement methodologies and tools on the sites.
</li><li>Led and mentored teams of process improvement professionals, providing guidance and support to drive project success.
</li><li>Develop relationships with key stakeholders, including operations, customers, vendors, and industry associations, to stay abreast of industry trends and best practices.
</li><li>Develop a connection to follow up on savings and PnL improvements due is responsible for Monthly Savings control for EBIT working with Financial, Procurement, Product Excellence, etc.
</li><li>Deal with CEN global standards to implement on their sites follow and challenging guidelines to adapt according to the site nature (WnD, Depot or Cold Storage).
</li></ul>We are looking for :
<ul><li>Bachelor's degree
</li><li>English advanced (writing, listening, and speaking).
</li><li>Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in logistics operations and process improvement, also could work in the manufacturing industry with a proven track record of success.
</li><li>Strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies.
</li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
</li><li>Experience leading and mentoring projects with high difficulty.
</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
</li><li>Power BI tools knowledge. Other digitalization tools and Microsoft Power Automate (Nice to have).
