Your role and responsibilities
</b></p><p></p><div><p>ABB Robotics T&uuml;rkiye seeks a skilled and proactive Human Resources Manager (Robotics) to support the company's ongoing evolution and growth. This role encompasses responsibility for employee groups both in Istanbul and Bursa.</p></div><div><p>
This is a rare opportunity to shape transformation strategy at both strategic and operational sides.</p><div><br>
<ul><li>
Promotes positive employee relations through design, communication, and interpretation of human resources policies and programs</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>
Oversees compensation policies, assembling data, driving market competitiveness, and internal equity</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>
Coordinates recruiting and retention strategies and succession planning process</li><li>
Executes recruiting strategy for the company and regularly partner with hiring managers and other appropriate managers to anticipate and plan for staffing needs proactively</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>
Coordinates training programs, personal and career development, performance appraisal process, compensation systems, diversity and benefit programs</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>
Facilitates and ensures success of change management initiatives across areas of responsibility</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>
Delivers and coordinates HR Services as appropriate in the Country in line with Global &amp; local policies and requirements</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>
Ensures the company is compliant with HR requirements according to OHS, QA/QC and other relevant standards</li></ul></div></div></div><div><p><b><br>
Qualifications for the role
</b></p><div><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or equivalent, and ten years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>
Member of senior management team to implement HR strategy ensuring company policies which advance employee advocacy and influence management as needed</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>
Working knowledge of HR laws and regulations in T&uuml;rkiye with an ability to champion new ideas, manage change, and execute on action plans</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>
Experience on Benefits, compensation and payroll area, monitoring and controlling outsourcing</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>
Experience in recruiting and staffing; Ideally in technology or industrial sectors</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>
Familiarity with workday HR Software and tools<br>
</li><li>
Experience in all employment relations and cases, collecting information, managing meetings, liaising with legal counsel as required, tracking all risks.</li></ul></div><div><p><br>
