Reporting to the Director of Sales &amp; Marketing, the Marketing &amp; Digital Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing and digital initiatives to drive brand awareness, enhance guest engagement, and achieve revenue goals. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical thinking, and digital expertise to effectively promote Sofitel Istanbul Taksim across various platforms.</p><b><br>
Qualifications</b><ul><li><br>
Must have &quot;Hotel Marketing&quot; experience</li><li>Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing.</li><li>Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.</li><li>Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Turkish and English.</li><li>Proficiency in using marketing software and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Hootsuite).</li><li>Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred but not required.</li></ul><b><br>

Build Marketing &amp; Digital yearly plan and budget covering all marketing channels, digital levers, and brand momentum</li><li>Plan and execute all digital marketing activities including but not limited to SEO, SEA, email marketing, social media, display, metasearch, OTA advertising</li><li>Create and manage engaging content for digital platforms to drive traffic and increase online visibility.</li><li>Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and guest feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.</li><li>Collaborate with the sales and events teams to create targeted campaigns that attract and retain guests.</li><li>Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies to ensure the delivery of high-quality marketing materials and services.</li><li>Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.</li><li>Ensure brand consistency and adherence to corporate guidelines across all marketing channels.</li><li>Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to keep the hotel&rsquo;s marketing strategies current and effective.</li></ul></div>
