The Role

About the role!

We are looking for a marketing professional to join our team at Flora Food Gorup T&uuml;rkiye!

We have an exciting opportunity for a talented, ambitious, self-driven and passionate Marketing Manager to join the Marketing team of Flora Food Group T&uuml;rkiye. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for our retail and food service brands, you will be the driving force behind delighting our consumers and customers with our culinary products and ensuring that everyone is talking about them! Working with the Head of Marketing T&uuml;rkiye, you will have your finger on the pulse of the consumer. You are grounded in their world and reality and are excited to bring products and brand experiences to their world using all media channels with a strong emphasis on digital that is relevant, timely and engaging.

You will focus on the end-to-end mix development and deployment of our brands and innovations for T&uuml;rkiye. You are expected to be entrepreneurial and resourceful, with a proactive &amp; goal orientated mind-set, looking to break out from the status-quo. You will be fully responsible for marketing end to end processes, which is brand development as well as deployment. This includes but is not limited to Brand Strategy and Communication Development, New Product Development, Consumer and Market Insight, Media Buying, Digital Marketing and Brand Activation.

Main responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Develop and drive Flora Food Group T&uuml;rkiye's Retail and Food Service business in the related category, fully accountable for your brands top line, bottom line, equity and market share growth</li>
<li>Develop and drive long-term brand vision delivering category and market share growth</li>
<li>Own the performance for your brands &ndash; accountable for the P&amp;L and for translating ideas into action</li>
<li>Own every element of your brand from equity, strategy, performance and profitability</li>
<li>Deliver game changing brand strategy that brings the consumer into our brands and delivers loyalty and commitment to achieve business goals</li>
<li>Develop and implement brand marketing plans taking into consideration local market and consumer insights as well as 12Q plan and full year activity plan.</li>
<li>Work to raise brand awareness/maintain image and ensure best in class across your market/Brand(s) with integrated sales &amp; marketing plans, tools and creative assets.</li>
<li>Leading and loving landing brilliant execution in digital, PR and in-store &ndash; drive our brand awareness via owned and earned channels, working to create and run successful influencer events.</li>
<li>Into the data zone &ndash; you love to dig into the data and uncover the insight jewels</li>
<li>Innovation is at the heart, you work across all functions to build best tasting products that tell a story the consumer and customer cannot ignore with winning financials.</li>
<li>Manage pricing strategy in order to drive profitable growth as well as savings initiatives.</li>
<li>Drive aligned ATL and BTL communication and ensuring all planned activities are executed to an optimal level and that key Jobs-to-be-dones are achieved and set KPIs are met in terms of trial, awareness and ROMI</li>
<li>Responsibility for media/PR communication, campaign briefing and planning.</li>
<li>Ensure accurate monitoring and controlling of Advertising &amp; Promotion budget</li>
<li>Champion consumer insights throughout the organization to ensure sustainable growth of the business and optimal brands' equity.</li>
<li>Work with Sales as one team &ndash; listen and learn continuously to improve our mix and impact in market</li>
</ul>

<li>A proven track record in delivering brand growth and managing a holistic brand P&amp;L: strategic outlook to define brand targets, sales mix, margin levers and contribution</li>
<li>A deep consumer focus, taking an audience led approach, translating insights into marketing and activation activity</li>
<li>Has a strong creative eye with the ability to articulate briefs and provide feedback with impact</li>
<li>Can work in an agile, test and learn, iterative manner as part of cross functional rapid response teams</li>
<li>A driver of collaboration, can lead a cross-functional team internally, delegate effectively and influence across levels to make things happen</li>
<li>A creative problem solver who can find solutions for business challenges and ensure internal barriers do not get in the way of external success</li>
<li>Regularly challenge your own assumptions and those of your team to improve our work</li>

<li>Hands-on experience in bringing your brands to life with consumers to drive demand through digital media channels (paid search, social, programmatic) and analog, with audience targeting approaches and using wide range of insights to continually refine the strategy</li></ul> 


About you!
<ul>
<li>University Degree in related fields (Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or Industrial Engineering would be preferable)</li>
<li>A minimum of 5 years of brand building and brand development experience in FMCG with P&amp;L responsibility, ideally within a Matrix Organisation</li>
<li>Proven experience in Media / Digital Marketing with a real digital Native Mindset</li>
<li>360 Marketing communications experience</li>
<li>A proven track record in innovation delivery and that entails moving compelling ideas into fruition</li>
<li>Strong communication, interpersonal and influencing skills</li>
<li>Experience of doing things with a progressive, original approach.</li>
<li>Fully understand the commercial journey and possess strong financial acumen</li>
</ul>
