 Deputy Task Order Manager reports to the Task Order Manager and is responsible for assisting in the day to day operational execution of all LOGCAP Program functions for the appropriate Task Order. Deputy Task Oder Manager is responsible for problem resolution, planning, execution, and leadership of LOGCAP forward functions. Assists the Task Order Manager with the budget for the Task Order project. The Deputy Task Order Manager must demonstrate exemplary management and leadership capabilities, especially in the areas of collaboration, team building, talent development, fiscal and human resources management, and process improvement. The Deputy Task Order Manager interfaces with prime contractor leadership at all levels in the location for mission accomplishment and problem resolution. Manages and directs engineering/operations on a major LOGCAP V IDIQ task project, or manages multiple IDIQ tasks, providing necessary project management and leadership to assure technical, cost, and schedule deliverables.

 Assists the Task Order Manager on all project duties.

 Duties may include: support of complex and/or technologically challenging tasks including the leadership in generating the Task Plan and Cost Proposal,

 Provides guidance during the task implementation, conducting technology assessments and making recommendations for technology insertions,

 Ensuring operational support to customers, providing technical consultation advice to Department Managers regarding design issues, development and test approaches

 Serves as the principal liaison between company and Government on this contracts.

 Approves budget, monitors contractual performance and costs of the work and takes action to minimize/correct discrepant conditions.

 Establishes and monitors the overall TQM program. Ensures all cascade training is performed and realistic goals are established for the project.

 Manages and tracks TO Budget on a periodic basis and provides financial reports to the Task Order Manager.

 Tracks all payments and financial information within the Task Order and for all TO Contracts and Purchase Orders.

Deputy Task Order Manager

<div>Jazeera Airways is looking for a Production Planning Engineer who would be responsible for preparing maintenance planning tasks, coordinating between Engineering and Line Maintenance. The role ensures efficient scheduling and execution of maintenance activities while maintaining compliance with aviation regulations and ensuring operational continuity.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Administers in a paralegal manner on all interpretations of Regional Agreements and Amendments and any other procurement legal documents. Administers one or more major multimillion dollar regional or Corporate agreements. Duties include making day to day planning of the according to the maintenance program defined for each type of equipment, effecting servicing and routine minor repairs, performing pushback and towing aircraft functions and maintaining upkeep of tools and equipment.

Responsibilities and Duties:

<li>Assist Duty Engineer in positioning of maintenance steps, tools and equipment and any requested task such as replenishing aircraft engine oil, oleo charging and assisting on technical rectification.</li>
<li>Liaise with the re-fueling company and performs fueling as per laid down procedures and safety requirements of the company.</li>
<li>Ensure that personal tools are readily available and in serviceable condition while being assigned to the aircraft.</li>
<li>Ensure that all the Nitrogen trolleys are replenish on time.</li>
<li>Mobilize ground equipment whenever required</li>
<li>Carry out other similar and related duties.</li>
<li>Responsible to comply with the applicable laws, regulations and procedures of Jazeera Airways.</li>
<li>Responsible for Safety &amp; Quality of the function/ task performed.</li>
