Job Description 
The Brand Marketing Coordinator will report to the Senior Manager of Brand Marketing and support a highly motivated marketing team within Universal Television Entertainment Group, with a primary focus on Bravo. This role involves coordinating, brainstorming, developing, and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns for original series in collaboration with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate is a proactive and detail-oriented self-starter who excels in a fast-paced setting, thinks creatively and strategically, and has a strong passion for television entertainment and marketing. Essential Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Help develop buzzworthy, strategic and targeted promotional campaigns to support original programming and brand initiatives, including but not limited to on-the-ground activations &amp; events, content development, partnerships and influencer marketing</li><li>
Assist in the development of promotional briefs, creative briefs, presentation decks and campaign recap decks to be shared with internal and external partners</li><li>

What You'll Do</h3>

We are seeking a dynamic, data-driven Associate Director of Ecommerce Merchandising to lead the strategic merchandising and digital product lifecycle across our DTC channel. This role bridges the art and science of merchandising&mdash;balancing business goals with brand storytelling, product development insights, and site execution to drive conversion, AOV, and customer engagement. You will be responsible for shaping the digital merchandising vision across soldejaneiro.com, partnering closely with cross-functional teams in Global Product Marketing, Marketing, and Creative.

The position will report to Director, DTC.
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader">What You'll Be Working On</h3>

<li>Site Ownership:
<ul>
<li>Lead orchestrated strategy of digital store through merchandising, content, user experience, testing, technical infrastructure and operations to drive additional traffic and sales
<ul><li>Highlight and follow through on top site priorities and technology, product, &amp; testing roadmaps</li>
<li>Oversight of all site tasks including promotions, site content updates, merchandising and product setup ensuring that functionality meets and exceeds company expectations</li>
<li>Maintain site ADA compliance and ensure updated standards are met by technology partners and communicated out to internal stakeholders</li>
</ul></li><li>Analyze site performance metrics and trends alongside Customer Relationship Director and deliver relevant product performance and consumer behavior insights</li>
<li>Communicate key updates (site, product, promotional) to Operations and Customer Service teams</li>

Product Merchandising
<ul>
<li>Initiate and maintain communication of product sales data, product trends, and inventory information to cross-functional partners</li>
<li>Own and report out on product mix of business performance vs targets and provide action plans necessary to change, improve and optimize product performance on Ecommerce site with oversight from Director, DTC</li>
<li>Work closely with DTC, Inventory, &amp; Forecasting teams on the item-level sales and buying plans for all categories and new products to ensure how they roll up to the channel's top line financial targets</li>
<li>Work in close partnership with larger Americas and Product Marketing teams to inform the DTC marketing calendar with a focus on digital growth initiatives, including but not limited to product exclusives, promotional products, and launch timing
<ul><li>Identify whitespace opportunities through customer data, sales trends, and competitive analysis to inform future product development</li>
</ul></li></ul>Work with Global Consumer Engagement, Global Product Marketing, and Ecomm Creative teams to receive promotional, product launch and marketing communication calendars for all site needs and experiences, overseeing the briefs to the Creative &amp; Copy teams directly for site assets</li>

<ul><li>7+ years of experience in ecommerce, Beauty or wellness experience preferred; 2-3 years of team leadership</li>
<li>Strong understanding of DTC best practices, ecommerce platforms (Shopify Plus preferred) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, ContentSquare, etc.)</li>
