Summary of the Director of Marketing Role: This newly established position will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive branding and marketing strategies tailored to engage older adults, as well as the community agencies, providers, and other referral sources that support them. Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead new HR initiatives such as talent management initiatives, onboarding, benefits open enrollment, performance management program, compensation review and implementation, etc.</li><li>Along with the rest of the HR team, ensure relationship management and administrative oversight for the onboarding of new hires each semester</li><li>Manage, mentor and provide administrative back-up for the Human Resources Representative and Manager of HR Operations</li><li>Work to provide improved efficiency of HR Operations by designing and documenting or enhancing processes and procedures to ensure better quality service to our employee base.</li><li>Provide technical, administrative and solutions for the daily operations of HR Administration.</li><li>In coordination with and oversight of the HR Rep &amp; Manager of HR Operations, the Associate Director of HR Development works across all aspects of the Paycom system (employee records, benefits, compensation, talent acquisition, time keeping, payroll, reporting, compliance etc.) becoming expert in the usage of Paycom in addressing all aspects of employee questions and institutional needs in a correct and timely fashion</li><li>Ensure critical support and/or oversight of employee onboarding including the E-Verify and I-9 processes to ensure Institutional compliance</li><li>Provide recommendations and solutions for better functional support and administrative</li><li>Leads HR investigations into employee complaints, alleged policy violations, etc. with advisement of external counsel and applies applicable policy as necessary</li><li>Prepare Paycom year-end reporting - (ACA, etc.)</li><li>Work with HR Ops Manager, HR Rep, and Payroll area to insure accurate and timely data</li><li>Work with finance on 403b audits and other required compliance audits</li></ul>

<div>A&amp;G (AllenGerritsen) is seeking an experienced PR expert to join our team as a Senior Director, PR and serve as our Newsroom lead.
The Newsroom is the heart of our earned media discipline, instrumental in driving and deepening the agency's capabilities across media relations, thought leadership development, and executive branding. In addition to leading the expansion of our Newsroom, the Senior Director will serve as a client partnership lead, responsible for account success and accountable to team efforts, including collaboration with PR team experts across Social Media and Creator Relations. Note that A&amp;G is a hybrid agency, and this role will be expected to collaborate in-person three days a week in our Boston or Philadelphia Third Space.
