The Director, Project Management is responsible for ensuring the smooth operations of the dedicated accounts in their assigned portfolio. Responsibilities include client relationship management, streamline process, supporting the health of the client/brands and its account roster, develop and grow of all members of the project management team (PC, and PMs). The Success Coach position is responsible for providing individual and group advising programming targeting the academic, financial, and personal support needs of TRIO SSS PTS participants. Utilizing an intrusive advising approach, the success coach will ensure that students are connected to the tools and resources needed to navigate their progress towards degree completion.
