Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Dispatcher to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in day-to-day execution of delivery operations. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. The Dispatcher will utilize various technologies to optimize routes and enhance operational efficiency.Duties<ul><li>Troubleshoot delivery issues, update route data and escalate concerns as appropriate.</li><li>Monitor fleet operations and ensure compliance with safety regulations</li><li>Communicate effectively with drivers, amazon staff, and other coworkers</li><li>Oversee morning/afternoon operations to ensure all drivers depart on time and with complete route assignments.</li><li>Maintain accurate logs od dispatch (Excel, Chime, Netradyne)</li><li>Provide exceptional customer service by demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.</li><li>Maintain visibility on key delivery metrics including route completion, on-time delivery rate and rescues.</li><li>Identify underperformance trends and provide real-time coaching or escalate to management.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess logistics challenges effectively.</li><li>Experience in dispatching within the Amazon Logistics is highly desirable.</li><li>Familiarity with fleet management practices and shipping &amp; receiving processes.</li><li>Ability to type efficiently while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.</li><li>Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for success in this role.</li><li>A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work under pressure is required.
