 As a Duty Engineer you are responsible for all the mechanical and technical maintenance and HVAC equipment within your property and your role will include key responsibilities such as-

 Supervise and control the preventive maintenance schedule

 Be responsible for the health safety of the property
 </li>
 <li>
 Follow the preventive maintenance chart strictly and maintain records for future reference
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with other department&rsquo;s counterparts to ensure their satisfaction on quality and progress
 </li>

 Create departmental training programmes among engineering employees and create opportunities to multitask
 </li>
 <li>
 Distribute the work to subordinates accordingly to their capabilities in order to get the best results to the specified standards

 You should have a degree in mechanical engineering with previous experiences in a similar role and a proven knowledge in the operation and maintenance of the equipment. A good command of English and the ability to find fault and rectify subsystems are essentials.

 In this role you will have the chance to join our Electrical Products team and be part of our success story in the Middle East based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Your main responsibilities and experience shall cover the following:

 Achieve the sales KPIs assigned to different sales channels.

 Maximize market exploitation for Siemens LV products and systems.
 </li>

 Keep advanced knowledge on LV market segments, potentials, pricing, competitors, and applications.

 Promote competitive edges of products portfolio over competition.

 Support back-office team in offers &amp; orders processing.

 Build and develop relationships with Consultants, Contractors, Developers, End Users, and promote visibility of Siemens to local networks.

 Actively drive the projects with all stakeholders through the whole sales process.

 Develop projects pipeline for Siemens and channel partners and ensure right selection and solution.

 Support customers in evaluation and definition of Siemens products&rsquo; technology and constraints.

 Support products&rsquo; approval and prequalification processes with the teams concerned.

 Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Relevant Engineering.

 (5 &ndash; 10) years of experience in a similar role.

 Strong sales and marketing background on low voltage products and systems.
 </li>

 Strong ability for working in a team environment as a team player and a team leader.
 </li>
 <li>
 Critical and strategic thinking along with high product and market analysis skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong presentation skills and market intelligence knowledge.
 </li>
 <li>
 Professional experience in channel partners business in Low Voltage, power, and control products.
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluent written and spoken English.

 to lead efficient and effective travel, logistics, event, scheduling, expense policy and administration.
 
 
 This executive role requires outstanding coordination, planning, decision-making, budgeting, procurement, reporting and management. It is a fast-paced and complex operation in the tech industry.
 
 
 We coordinate large-scale company events which involve travel for hundreds of people from 80+ countries. We run such events four times a year, a significant investment in our ability to shape culture, teamwork, execution plans and strategy. Our team is responsible for travel procurement and logistics, ensuring that these events run efficiently and safely. Visas, travel complications and unexpected situations make this a complex operation to run efficiently, demanding a rigorous approach and high work ethic in the team.
 
 
 This team also serves as an independent check on expense claim approval, ensuring fairness and consistency across teams and countries. This requires integrity, transparency and accountability, and a willingness to set and politely defend the same expectations of the most senior and most junior colleagues.
 
 
 Together these responsibilities amount to tens of millions in operational costs and a significant number of tactical and operational decisions.
 
 
 Our team also provides traditional 'EA' services for company leads, though they do this across departments and as a consistent service rather than as personal assistants; they set and deliver to expectations on specific kinds of work. They schedule meetings, coordinate monthly reports, handle delegated approvals for travel and expenses, work across teams, coordinate with suppliers, and run small projects or initiatives.
