</b></p><p>Save the Children (SCI) Egypt works in collaboration with the Ministry of Education and Technical Education (MoETE), communities, and children to design and implement programs aiming to improve access to quality education, promote safe learning environments, promote inclusion and strengthen education systems. Our programs span from nursery to preparatory school levels and are implemented in various locations across Egypt. SCI Egypt also provides Education in Emergency (EiE) for refugees and migrants in Egypt.
</p><p>The Education Advisor plays a leading role in shaping education technical strategy, in line with SCI Egypt&rsquo;s strategic priorities, and child rights situation analysis for ensuring education interventions are of a high technical quality and address the needs of all children. The role will lead on program and proposal development and manage the communication and representation of SC Egypt with UN organizations, INGOs, Government bodies, and Local NGOs. He/she will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationship with a network of donors and partners and represent SC Egypt in relevant working groups and other coordination mechanisms. Working with teams across the organization, the Education Advisor provides leadership in building and supporting internal capacities and mechanisms on education, including capacity building and coaching of staff and partners. A key function for this role is to develop close working relationships with Program and Project teams across Egypt in both development and humanitarian contexts. The Advisor also ensures that education programs are aligned with SCI global priorities and approaches, leading processes to ensure globally proven approaches are contextualized for Egypt, and that program experience in Egypt contributes to regional and global learning. The role will also maintain effective relationship with SC regional and global education counterparts and colleagues from other SC offices globallay.

<ul><li>An experienced Media/Insight or Analytics professional with experience in a leading consumer goods company. 10 years+ experience</li><li>
Education: Master&rsquo;s degree in Statistics, Machine Learning, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or any other related quantitative field. An equivalent of the same in working experience is also acceptable for the position</li><li>
Strong leadership and influencing profile in line with Insights Leader of the future definition: Motivates action through fact-based, inspirational material; Has a track record of identifying and championing new processes for improving fact-based decision making. Can synthesize multiple, disparate data sources into compelling growth strategies. Formulates a strong POV and can articulate future scenarios; Is an exceptional story-teller.</li><li>
Familiar with data science concepts and solid understanding of market mix models,</li><li>
Strong collaborator: Interested and motivated by working with others. Actively creates and participates in opportunities to co-create solutions across markets; will be willing and able to embrace Responsive Ways of Working</li><li>
Knowing the Business Cold: Can easily see how insights/research learning can improve businesses impact and frames up reporting efforts and opportunities to inform business decisions</li><li>
High degree of familiarity with CPG and Food &amp; Beverage industry data sources, including Nielsen/IRi (POS and HH panel), GlobalData, Kantar Worldpanel, etc.</li><li>
Deep understanding of CPG industry business performance outputs and causal measures, their relationships, and how to bring business performance insights to life visually. Prior experience of working with Media team on media analytics and operations will be a great assest</li><li>
Consulting experience: Experience in delivering insights and recommendations to leadership on Media performance and optimization</li><li>
Operational experience from business servicing sector and/or consulting experience would be a plus</li><li>
