Field Marketing Strategy &amp; Execution<ul><li>
Develop and execute regional field marketing plans for EMEA, aligned with Endava's commercial priorities and business objectives.</li><li>

Distinct accountabilities across EMEA will include:<ul><li>
Campaign Management: Play a key role in helping to design global campaigns, agree target accounts with sales, provide regional adaptations in messaging/content and orchestrating the hand-off of leads to Sales to drive conversion.</li><li>
Business Development Resources/Agency: Working with our global marketing function, you will play a critical role in managing the hand-over of BANT verified leads to your Sales colleagues, supporting them on follow-up and reporting back to the team and agency on the lead quality to ensure maximum ROI.</li></ul><ul><li>
ABM: Joining forces with our global marketing team, as we scale our 1:1, 1:few, 1:many ABM model globally, you will play a critical role in account selection, ABM activation and personalised content.</li><li>
Events: Global, Regional Partner and Industry Events as Curated Experiences: Endava has a significant presence across key partner and industry events globally. For Global events, you will partner with our global team to orchestrate and execute these events in the EMEA region. For regional events, you will lead the event strategy, activation approach and client experience. In addition, Endava will host a series of Roundtables, CSuite events for their clients across all industries, many of which jointly hosted with world-class technology partners. Across all three dimensions, you and the wider EMEA team will play a critical role in delivering a VIP experience for clients throughout.</li><li>
Regional Communications, Client Stories and PR: Partnering with your Regional Communications Leader, you will play a key role in building and publishing a strong pipeline of client stories, thought leadership content and PR stories to drive increased market and brand awareness. In the region, you&rsquo;ll help to facilitate client partner and client engagement, partnering with content writers and facilitating local filming.</li><li>
Client advocacy: As we build positive momentum of externally published client transformation stories, you will help drive integrated client advocacy initiatives, such as client hosted panels, speakers at industry events etc, all aimed to elevate the reputation of our clients and Endava second.</li><li>
Social: Work with our global social media team to drive best practice on local social channels and audience management, supporting the team with local content/stories and drive local amplification with regional sales.</li><li>
Performance Measurement: Track, analyse and report campaign performance using CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Hubspot. Monitor key performance indicators including: Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs), Pipeline influenced, Pipeline generated, Opportunity conversion, Event ROI, Campaign engagement. As a team, you will produce regular reports and recommendations for optimisation in real time.</li><li>
Budget &amp; Vendor Management: Manage field/area marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources, managing all spend responsibly. As a team player, you will coordinate external agencies, event suppliers, venues, and marketing partners. As a leader, you will ensure activities are delivered on time, within budget and in accordance with procurement processes.</li></ul> 
Qualifications 
Ideally educated to bachelor&rsquo;s degree level or holds a professional qualification.<ul><li>
5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, field marketing, demand generation, or integrated marketing.</li><li>
Experience within technology consulting, digital services, IT services, SaaS, or professional services is highly desirable.</li><li>
Proven experience managing integrated marketing campaigns and executive-level events.</li><li>

The Role:
Canoe's private markets data is used by clients through a wide ecosystem of downstream reporting, fund accounting, and portfolio monitoring platforms &mdash; many of which serve institutional investors Canoe doesn't yet have a direct relationship with. As Channel Manager, you will build and own these partnerships end to end: identifying the right downstream platforms across our core EMEA markets, establishing data integrations, structuring revenue-share agreements, and turning each partner's existing client base into a qualified pipeline source for Canoe.
We are looking for candidates with a proven track record of building deep relationships with financial services firms, fintech technology companies, and other commercial partners. You have an extensive knowledge of current market conditions, contending offerings and current penetration of services and solutions. 
What You&rsquo;ll Do:<ul><li>

The Reliability Analytics Team is on a mission to improve decisions and systems in Platform Reliability Engineering (PRE) through data and data science. We address a broad spectrum of reliability problems where data-driven approaches can be applied, combining subject matter expertise with statistical, predictive, and generative AI/ML methods to improve reliability in ways that truly matter to Google's users and customers.
In this role, you will design statistical and machine learning tools, influencing engineering priorities and roadmaps in key areas like software rollouts and change management. You will have a direct impact on Google Cloud Platform reliability, gaining deep knowledge of relevant engineering infrastructure and data assets to solve complex issues.

Responsibilities</h2><ul>
<li>Design and build statistical, machine learning, and AI tools, alongside investigative data pipelines, for integration into existing or new reliability infrastructure.</li>

What's the opportunity?</h2>

We&rsquo;re seeking a transformational Solutions Engineering leader to lead our SE team within the EMEA region. You&rsquo;ll be a pivotal figure in helping Intercom scale its AI-driven support platform to some of the world&rsquo;s most well-known brands. This role will shape how we engage with large, complex organizations, defining our go-to-market, building a world-class team, and delivering tangible customer outcomes through innovation and credibility.

This role is both strategic and hands-on. You will lead a Solutions Engineering team focused on winning complex deals, creating vertical-specific solution architectures, and building repeatable playbooks. We believe in leaders who are open to be a player and a coach, regardless of seniority. You&rsquo;ll collaborate closely with Sales, Success, Product, Engineering, and Services to deliver customer transformation through Intercom&rsquo;s AI-first platform &ndash; be it through strategic guidance as a senior leader on the team, or securing deals with your own technical credibility where needed.

What will I be doing?</h2>
<ul><li>Define and evolve the strategic vision and go-to-market (GTM) approach for the Solutions Engineering function.</li>
<li>Lead, coach, and scale a high-performing SE team across global regions and core verticals.</li>
<li>Operate as a player-coach, actively engaging in strategic deals while developing team capabilities.</li>
<li>Support complex, six-figure sales cycles with technical guidance, architecture, demos, and product evaluation support, as well as sales expertise.</li>
<li>Serve as a trusted technical advisor and executive point of contact for large customers.</li>
<li>Partner closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, and R&amp;D to shape verticalized GTM motions and solution strategy.</li>
<li>Champion a customer-obsessed culture across the pre-sales journey &ndash; from outbound to implementation.</li>
<li>Lead discovery, design, and delivery of tailored technical solutions, including PoCs and business value assessments.</li>

</ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">What skills do I need?</h2>
<ul><li>5+ years of pre-sales experience as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer/Architect, or related individual contributor role.</li>
<li>Having 3+ years of experience leading technical pre-sales teams, with a proven track record of hiring, mentoring, and managing high-performing teams.</li>
<li>Ideally, experience selling AI, data, or highly technical products; or at the very least, deep curiosity and utilization of AI on your day-to-day.</li>
<li>Comfortable with ambiguity in environments with an ability to stay focused and thrive under pressure while working with customers to solve their most challenging issues.</li>
<li>Have a humble attitude, and a passion to help others, with a willingness to learn whatever it takes to support the team and help our customers thrive.</li>
<li>A track record of consistently delivering revenue numbers, producing accurate forecasts, while maintaining a focus on team development and growth</li>
<li>Able to travel internationally on average once a month</li>

Minimum Qualifications</h3>
