 Key Responsibilities

 Perform advanced or specialized work that requires comprehensive knowledge of procurement, vendor management, and above average seasoning

 Responsible for managing contracts with different vendors.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop non-standard reports and statements.
 </li>

 May design information systems to facilitate analysis

 Provides the back up to the Head of Procurement during vacations and other leaves.

 Reviews purchasing decisions, orders, and vendor contracts.
 </li>

 Oversees the ordering of materials and supplies from vendors.

 Researches, interviews, and negotiates with suppliers to obtain prices and specifications. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.

 Qualifications

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration or related discipline.

 Significant experience in procurement, vendor management, and general administration within structured or regulated environments.

 Proven track record of achieving cost savings and meeting strict SLAs.

 Experience handling RFQ/RFP processes, contract negotiations, and vendor evaluations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong exposure to facility management, leasing, property management, and logistics oversight.

 Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
