 Expertise in vendor management, technical bid evaluation, and procurement processes

 <li>
 Knowledge of international engineering standards, codes, and HSE requirements

 Ability to manage subcontractors, interfaces, and multidisciplinary coordination

 Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
