 Become the engineering point of contact for IC Project Teams related to major Engineering projects of Infrastructure Innovation andTechnologies, asset re-use by using Best Practice Tools and Processes (EPM, EEM, Project Management).
 </li>

 Leading concept &amp; FEED, and supporting Detailed Design, and identifying project budgets for all major pa projects in Cluster in close conjunction with the Global Design Centres and Project leads.
 </li>
 <li>
 Undertake technology supplier evaluations in support of defining the technology supply base including scouting for New technologies and suppliers which will provide competitive advantage to the company or strengthen our Global Technology Portfolio.
 </li>

 Support factory infrastructure teams by identifying best practice/fit for purpose solutions on technology.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead Early Equipment Management teams at key packaging projects and being as the EEM packaging first point of contact for the Cluster.
 </li>

 Being member of Engineering Cluster Hygiene Platform. Lead/support hygiene audits, gaps closure follow-up.
 </li>

 Knowledge management of different Machineries ensuring Best Practice is effectively captured and transferred across regions and factories.

 Support Local Engineering Teams on best practice solutions on factory scale projects.
 </li>

 Support designing/delivering Sustainability capabilities &amp; projects to match to the company sustainability ambition.

 Coach/train refrigeration technicians in ammonia refrigeration process, equipment, regulations, hazards, and PSM compliance.
 </li>

 Technical SME for PSM, RMP, Mechanical Integrity, PHAs, MOCs, LOPA&rsquo;s, Risk Assessments, Projects, and related audits.
 </li>
 <li>
 Organize and maintain the PSM &ldquo;library&rdquo;, including Process Safety Information and OEM equipment information, ensuring PSM program is always audit ready.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor and assist in training on operating procedures including the annual review/certification and initial/refresher training. Including maintaining the operating procedure training matrix.
 </li>
 <li>
 Define and prioritize site programs to meet the needs of regulatory compliance, risk analysis recommendations, corporate policies, site specific procedures and audit findings.
 </li>

 Ensure monthly PSM team meetings are held and documented with meeting minutes and attendance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and review PMs for all refrigeration equipment. Ensue they meet REGAGEP and OEM recommendations. Including monitoring timely completion of PMs.
 </li>

 Ensure compliance with mechanical integrity elements, including labeling. Ensure this is included in the overall refrigeration maintenance program.
 </li>
 <li>
 Contacting vendors and manufacturers as needed for support in resolving issues.
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate / Lead investigation team for near misses and incident investigations
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain Ammonia PRV Tracker and Change Out Management Program.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work with people at all levels; strong interpersonal skills and relationship-building skills. Models&rsquo; composure and decision -making in stressful situations.

 Working as a team with Supervisors, Maintenance, and Operations to plan, procure and document changes that occur in the refrigeration system through the MOC (Management of Change) process.

 Support and provide oversite for Pre-Start Up Safety Reviews (PSSR).
 </li>
 <li>
 Track closures of PSM, PHA, MOC, MI, Audit Findings and other PSM action items.
 </li>

 Identify opportunities for productivity improvements with regards to refrigeration and utilities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Recommend projects annually to be carried out to keep the system ahead of regulation changes, improvements or to keep the system in basic condition.

 Role Overview
 
 
 
 The Technical Project Manager (TPM) is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering technology projects for banks, payment institutions, and insurance companies. This role ensures seamless coordination between infrastructure, security, operations, compliance, vendors, customer success and business stakeholders while maintaining strict alignment with BRSA (BDDK), CBRT (TCMB) and IPRSA (SEDDK) regulations, data security requirements, and service continuity standards.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>

 Lead end-to-end delivery of financial technology projects (core banking integrations, cloud migrations, digital channels, cybersecurity, infrastructure upgrades, payment platforms).
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop detailed project plans, technical timelines, resource allocations, and budgets.
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive cross functional execution across infrastructure, operations, network, security, customer success and vendor teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage scope, risks, dependencies, and change requests under strict governance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure projects meet regulatory requirements (BRSA, CBRT, IPRSA, PCI DSS, ISO 27001).

 Translate regulations and financial compliance requirements into project execution activities.

 Coordinate with compliance, information security, and risk teams for approvals.

 Work closely with solution architects and platform engineers to ensure system designs are feasible, scalable, and secure.

 Support product teams with technical requirements, API specifications, and integration testing.

 Act as the single point of contact for banks and financial customers during project execution.

 Facilitate communication with vendors (core banking providers, cybersecurity vendors, HSM providers, etc.).

 <li>
 Run steering committees, customer workshops, and technical design sessions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Present progress, risks, KPIs, and milestones to senior leadership.

 <li>
 Prepare project documentation for SOWs, BRDs/FRDs, Functional and technical specs, test plans and UAT reports, Go live and runbook documents.

 Maintain detailed project dashboards.
 </li>

 Report delivery status to senior management.
