Manages the inspection and release of incoming materials (color, resin, material, liners) and COA/COC process.<br>
<ul><li>Maintains all records (computer logs and paperwork).</li><li>Provides accurate, timely documents as needed by Shipping department and customer.</li><li>Reviews supplier COAs, inspects, and releases or rejects incoming raw materials.</li><li>Creates and supplies applicable part certificate to customer (COC, COA) and maintains records.</li><li>Communicates with vendors and customers as needed to assure accurate data/reports.</li></ul></div><div>
Leads HFI (inspection, reselection, rework) process.<br>
<ul><li>Manages NCR's (InfinityQS, SAP, Excel) databases.</li><li>Continuously monitors non-conforming product (inventory, defect data, etc.) and provides reports as required.</li><li>Assures quality of HFI inspection/reselection and timely results.</li><li>Maintains HFI and NCR records and reporting as required.</li><li>Communicates and delegates planned and unplanned activities to HFI employees in conjunction with department goals.</li><li>Instructs HFI employees in informal and formal training and coaching sessions.</li></ul></div><div><br>
Manage Production PR Packets .

<ul><li>Assure production ren packets are printed and completed on time.
</li><li>Assures all labels for each Pr packet are printed and placed with the appropriate packet.
</li></ul></div><ul><li>Review, close and file all PR packets form productio.
</li><li>Keep inventory of all the labels for production.
</li></ul><p>Maintains accurrate SAP Inventory from non conformance product -Place &amp; Release Non conformance product on hold in SAP.
</p><div>Supports product testing as needed for back-up (visual, functional, dimensional).<br>
<ul><li>Reads and interprets Part Specification, Quality Plan and Blue Print.</li><li>Performs visual and functional inspections of product (Work-In-Process and Finished Goods).</li><li>Properly uses measuring equipment [Caliper, Micrometers, Torque meter, etc.].</li><li>Collects applicable information for product traceability.</li><li>Gathers applicable documents for package prior to start-up.</li><li>Approves labels for regular jobs and samples.</li><li>Supplies accurate data to Manufacturing department while troubleshooting.</li><li>Maintains records of job execution.
</li><li>Support Quality Training Events.</li></ul></div><p>
Support and maintain all policies of the company including but not limited to ISO/BRC Standards, Health and Safety Requirements, Continuous Improvement, and standard work procedures.</p><p></p><p>
Schedule: 6:00 pm - 6:15 am. 12 hour shifts, rotating days, 36 48 schedule.</p><p>
Pay: The starting rate of pay for this position is expected to be between $18.75; however, starting pay offered may vary depending on job related-knowledge, skills, and experience between $18.75 and $21.00 per hour.</p><p>
There is an additional 2.00 hourly shift differential for night shift.</p><p></p><h1 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
