Job Summary:
The Electronics Technician shall provide operation and maintenance support for the P-4 SAKITS pods in accordance with the applicable documentation. This position supports the Royal Saudi Air Force, F15C/D Air Combat Maneuver &amp; Instrumentation (ACMI) program.
The Electronics Technician will report to the Site Manager and works directly with the two Field Service Technicians. Must work independently will little requirement for supervision.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Maintain a log containing the serial number, pod type, date, time, and remarks for all P-4 SAKITS pods checked in and out of the P-4 SAKITS pod shop.</li><li>
Maintain a daily status/availability log on all P-4 SAKITS pods.</li><li>
Maintain a record of elapsed Time Meter readings on a monthly basis and determine each pod's operational time for the month.</li><li>
Operate and maintain the P-4 SAKITS Test Set in accordance with the applicable technical documentation.</li><li>
Perform Organizational-Level (O-Level) and Intermediate-Level (I-Level) maintenance tests and replacement of the Shop Replaceable Assemblies (SRAs) on the P-4 SAKITS pods.</li><li>
Assist as required in the operation and maintenance of the display equipment</li><li>
Perform duties of computer operations technician as required, which include the following:</li><li>
Load programs for operation and test.</li><li>
Perform subsystem test to assess operational readiness.</li><li>
Load all pre-mission exercise data into the Data Transfer Device (DTD).</li><li>
Maintain a control log of DTD issue to and receipt from aircrews.</li><li>
