Job Purpose</b></h2>

Review technical specifications and provide estimation and technical guidance, and solutions to internal and external customers based on technical drawings and specifications for the ELV projects.
</p></div></div><div><div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Principal Accountabilities</b></h2>
</div><div><ul><li>Identify &amp; understand the contract scope of work, design specifications, and technical drawings, in order to prepare estimation and commercial proposals based on project requirements.</li>
<li>Prepares and analyzes BOQ after considering various aspects of the projects to accomplish cost effectiveness.</li>
<li>Conducts inspections and submits reports for demand planning and material forecasting purposes.</li>
<li>Coordinate with ELV vendors to provide the most suitable solutions for the project's requirements.</li>
<li>Provides technical support to the sales and technical team in the execution of the ELV projects.</li>
<li>Preparation of Quotations, Costing, Pro-forma invoices for the customers and projects as per the set standard price.</li>
<li>Preparation of required bid documents, which includes commercial, technical &amp; material submittals.</li>
<li>Support the sales team in processing customers&rsquo; orders. Support the sales department with other administrative tasks, as directed by the supervisors and managers.
</li><li>Maintain an Accurate Database of customer and prospect Information. Follow up with lost sales customers to generate leads and close sales.
</li><li>Work with the Direct manager on reducing the ageing of the material by highlighting the open SO's and ensuring the sales representative completes the same.</li>

  14. Awareness of tender process till submission and PTCs.
