The role involves promoting and selling a wide range of household products - including household plastics, cleaning tools, kitchenware, trolley bags, cloth dryers, ironing boards, toys and other consumer goods &ndash; to retail and B2B clients including leading supermarket and hypermarket chains. This position offers a performance-based incentive structure tied to both sales and collection achievements.Key Responsibilities:&middot; Promote and sell household products to retail outlets, B2B clients, supermarkets, hypermarkets including Hypermax, Lulu, Nesto, and other hypermarkets and supermarkets.<ul><li>Develop and manage relationships with B2B clients such as wholesalers, corporate buyers, and institutional customers.</li><li>Conduct regular market visits to ensure product visibility, merchandising compliance, and stock availability.</li><li>Prepare and follow up on quotations, negotiate pricing and terms, and close sales deals.</li><li>Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain low outstanding receivables.</li><li>Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and collection targets.</li><li>Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.</li></ul>&middot; Identify and recommend new product lines or categories that align with customer demand and market trends.<ul><li>Monitor competitor activity and provide market feedback to the management team.</li><li>Participate in promotional campaigns, product launches, and trade events.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Diploma or bachelor&rsquo;s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.</li><li>2&ndash;4 years of sales experience in household products, consumer goods, or FMCG in Oman.</li><li>Strong understanding of Oman retail and B2B market dynamics.</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.</li><li>Valid Oman driving license is mandatory.</li><li>Fluency in English and Hindi.
