 Chevron ENGINE has an exciting opportunity for a position title to join the function team. Reporting to the supervisor&rsquo;s position title, this role will be based in Chevron&rsquo;s office in Bengaluru.

 The Turnaround Scheduler will support primavera P6 reporting, including daily craft look-ahead and work scope prioritization, resource contractor profiles and manpower loading, S-curve and overall direct labor productivity analysis, and progress reporting to Turnaround leadership

 How you will lead

 Act as a key, in&fllig;uential partner to executive leadership teams with direct accountability for driving the people agenda in partnership with senior leadership
 </li>
 <li>
 Use deep understanding of the business strategy to identify the skills and capabilities required, the future. Build a plan to hire, develop and retain the talent needed to deliver the business strategy
 </li>
 <li>
 Operate seamlessly with key partners across People &amp; Places (P&amp;P) including Talent Development, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and People Analytics
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive multi-year organizational and talent strategies, lead organizational change management, and maximize impact and scale through high performing executives and leadership teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead organizational change efforts including strategic improvements to organizational design, Use HR technologies and people analytics platforms to work quickly and proactively identify trends
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive improvement efforts in key metrics such as engagement, manager scores, mobility, retention, and leadership capability
 </li>
 <li>
 Actively drive or contribute to key people programs and projects that accelerate P&amp;P priorities and support Tech ecosystem or segment people focus areas
 </li>

 Align Intuit's P&amp;P priorities, Tech Ecosystem/Segment focus areas, and site strategy to deliver on Intuit's key objectives. Maintain velocity and effectiveness through assigned projects, collaboration with global stakeholders, and real-time support to site leadership on site transformation priorities
