Job Summary</b></p></div><div><p>
The Alternate Site Manager (ASM) serves as the second-in-command for DFAC operations at Al Dhafra Air Base, providing direct leadership, operational oversight, and continuity of services in support of the 380th Expeditionary Force Support Squadron (EFSS).</p></div><div><p>
This role ensures uninterrupted execution of Dining Facility (DFAC) operations, including food service delivery, sanitation, equipment maintenance, and workforce management. As the Watches &amp; Fine Jewelry Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for the boutique stock management and logistics - inventory control, shipment coordination, reporting, and quality control - while also handling administrative tasks - permits, scheduling and supplier coordination - ensuring efficient operations in line with CHANEL's standards and procedures.</div><div></div><div>

Reporting to the Watches &amp; Fine Jewelry Sales Manager, the Operations Coordinator has several key partners:</div><div></div><div>
Internally: Sales Assistants, Fashion Operations Manager, WFJ Business Development, Administration and Operation.</div><div></div><div>
Externally: WFJ Boutiques in UAE, suppliers and vendors.</div><div></div><div>
IN THIS METIER, WE ARE ENERGISED BY:</div><div></div><div>
Stock Management:</div><ul><li>
Manage the stock flow within the boutique (deliveries, transfers, special orders, stock rebalancing, reserved products).</li><li>
Coordinate WFJ logistics with Brinks, including high-value shipments and validation.</li><li>
Plan rolling inventories in compliance with the House&rsquo;s strategy and events.</li><li>
Analyze inventory results and follow up on subsequent processes.</li><li>
Share stock inventory report to finance on monthly basis.</li><li>
Conduct stock quality control and report and coordinate pieces in aftersales care.</li><li>
Manage PLV and aftersales care tools stock inventory (boxes, bags, ribbons, aftersales tools).</li></ul><div></div><div>
Administration:</div><ul><li>
Coordinate ordering of boutique supplies and reception of invoices in Coupa.</li><li>
Processing and application of police and mall permits.</li><li>
Prepare and maintain the monthly schedule in My Schedule App, including planning and managing team leaves.</li><li>
Coordinate new joiner arrivals and support induction preparation.</li><li>
Act as the main point of contact for maintenance and facility-related matters, liaising with the Store Planning team.</li></ul><div></div><div>
Boutique Operations:</div><ul><li>
Managing the safe and back of house organization in line with CHANEL's standards.</li><li>
Ensure that all procedures are respected and followed.</li><li>
Propose and implement proactively new procedures if needed.</li><li>
Follow best practices and process in the interest of the boutique efficiency.</li></ul><div></div><div>
KEY COMPETENCIES &amp; REQUIREMENTS:</div><ul><li>
You have excellent organizational and planning skills, with strong analytics skills.</li><li>
You are proficient in using computer systems and digital tools.</li><li>
