<p>Uptex Bank is hiring an Office Manager to run day-to-day operations at our Muscat HQ with precision and a strong compliance mindset.</p><p>Requirements</p><ul><li>Omani National (mandatory)</li><li>Fluent in English</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Finance, Business, or Economics</li><li>Hands-on with</li><li>Familiarity with Oman labor/commercial laws and regulations</li><li>Strong coordination, communication, and vendor-management skills</li><li>Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable creating auditable records (policies, logs, checklists)</li></ul><p>Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Office operations: facilities, supplies, vendors, reception, travel, logistics</li><li>Staff coordination: onboarding/offboarding, attendance &amp; leave tracking, training calendars, internal comms</li><li>Compliance ops: maintain auditable records and ensure policy adherence</li><li>Executive/meeting support: calendars, visitor management, board packs, minutes</li><li>Finance admin: petty cash, invoice routing, PR/PO tracking, vendor reconciliation</li><li>H&amp;S &amp; assets: safety checklists, access badges, asset inventory, incident registers</li><li>External liaison: interface with local authorities, landlords, and service providers for renewals/attestations</li></ul><p>Nice to Have</p><ul><li>Experience in financial services/fintech</li><li>Exposure to audits/inspections and event/meeting operations</li></ul><p>Location</p><ul><li>Muscat, Oman (on-site)</li></ul><p>Job Type: Full-time</p><p>Pay: From RO1,000.000 per month</p>
