Stock Management:</div><ul><li>
Manage the stock flow within the boutique (deliveries, transfers, special orders, stock rebalancing, reserved products).</li><li>
Coordinate WFJ logistics with Brinks, including high-value shipments and validation.</li><li>
Plan rolling inventories in compliance with the House&rsquo;s strategy and events.</li><li>
Analyze inventory results and follow up on subsequent processes.</li><li>
Share stock inventory report to finance on monthly basis.</li><li>
Conduct stock quality control and report and coordinate pieces in aftersales care.</li><li>
Manage PLV and aftersales care tools stock inventory (boxes, bags, ribbons, aftersales tools).</li></ul><div></div><div>
Administration:</div><ul><li>
Coordinate ordering of boutique supplies and reception of invoices in Coupa.</li><li>
Processing and application of police and mall permits.</li><li>
Prepare and maintain the monthly schedule in My Schedule App, including planning and managing team leaves.</li><li>
Coordinate new joiner arrivals and support induction preparation.</li><li>
Act as the main point of contact for maintenance and facility-related matters, liaising with the Store Planning team.</li></ul><div></div><div>
Boutique Operations:</div><ul><li>
Managing the safe and back of house organization in line with CHANEL's standards.</li><li>
Ensure that all procedures are respected and followed.</li><li>
Propose and implement proactively new procedures if needed.</li><li>
Follow best practices and process in the interest of the boutique efficiency.</li></ul><div></div><div>

</div><div>Safety Officer will serve as principal advisor to the Ground Safety Manager and Program Manager on all ground safety matters. Responsible for advising and aiding the Ground Safety Manager in developing and managing a command ground safety program The Ground Safety Officer will be required to coordinate all ground safety matters among the Command&rsquo;s Staff and will maintain and report appropriate detailed ground safety records and mishap statistics and recommend and establish required corrective safety actions.
