Job DescriptionPrepares periodic reports regarding the function activities and achievementsParticipate in the periodic meetings with direct manager ensure that priorities are clear and the workflow is running smoothly as per agreed plans at the beginning of each year.Performing other duties related to the job.Routine Duties:<ul><li>Prepare the project contract documents (time, project working design drawings, BOQ etc... )</li><li>Prepare coordination drawings (or composite drawing) based on project&rsquo;s design drawings in accurate with quality standard.</li><li>Responsible for Coordinate with other trades to solve any conflict between (civil, mech., elect. etc.&hellip; ) and revise all of architecture design after approved concept design.</li><li>Update and make if the site need the shop drawing log before sending the shop drawing to consultant for approvals.</li><li>Revision subcontractors&rsquo; shop drawings as well as outsourced shop drawings and coordinate their approval process with the project consultant.</li><li>Coordinate with surveying engineer to provide him all the information about land coordinates and any site measurement required.</li><li>Participate in solving / report any unexpected technical difficulties, and other problems that may arise during construction to the Technical Office Manager for discussion and proper solve.</li><li>Revise as-built drawings at the end of the project and hand over to the project consultant.</li></ul>Qualifications/Experiences:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil Department / Architecture)</li><li>10+ years of relative experience</li></ul>Skill &amp; knowledge:<ul><li>Arabic: Fluent</li><li>English: good</li><li>Developed communication and time management skills</li><li>Ability to use the main MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, outlook)</li></ul>requirements&middot; Visa 18&middot; Certified by the Kuwait Society of Engineers&middot; Driving license and car&middot; Experience in the field of general contracting and buildingsنوع الوظيفة: دوام كامل
