Partner with Talent Acquisition/HR to align and monitor recruitment/onboarding timelines at CDC and manage exemptions where approved to safeguard transition schedules.</li><li>
Maintain an integration risk register with mitigations, owners, and timelines to meet QR compliance standards during and after transition as well as to maintain noiseless transitions</li><li>
Maintain robust transition progress vs plan reporting and dashboards to present to senior stakeholders</li><li>
During transition phase coordinate tracking of project and operational KPIs (service quality, productivity, cost to serve, control effectiveness) vs baselines and targets; report weekly and monthly via performance hubs to demonstrate value and deliver the business case.</li><li><p>
