What You Bring<ul><li>

 Responsibilities
 
 
 
 &bull; Development of illustrator repeat patterns for Kingsford, Glad, and Glad 4 Kids tableware.
 
 
 &bull; Creation of in-house artwork for both children&rsquo;s and adult product.
 
 
 &bull; Manage daily design tasks keeping track of deadlines &amp; delivering clean files ready for production or sales on schedule.
 
 
 &bull; Work with product managers to make sure tasks have correct information.
 
 
 &bull; Make sure all designs meet internal, as well, as licensing partners brand guideline standards
 
 
 &bull; Ensure all production files are accurate &amp; complete.
 
 
 &bull; Understand new brand needs &amp; work cross-functionally on concepting new lines &amp; product offerings.

 Requirements
 
 
 
 &bull; Minimum of 2+ years of experience with graphic design and pattern development.
 
 
 &bull; 2+ years of experience designing consumer goods.
 
 
 &bull; Adobe Creative Suite &amp; Microsoft Office software skills on Mac required.
 
 
 &bull; Ability to sketch ideas and concepts.
 
 
 &bull; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree.
 
 
 &bull; Strong organizational skills are necessary.
 
 
 &bull; Understanding of file setup for production.
 
 
 &bull; Experience with paper goods is a plus
 
 
 &bull; Willingness to work in a hybrid environment attending work in office 3 days a week (2 days remote)
