ROLE SUMMARY:
The Senior Graphic Designer will work in a fast-paced and high-energy environment. Experience working for another CPG brand is a must. As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will be tasked with creating beautiful on-brand POS materials, packaging, and general marketing assets for both print and digital formats.
You will assess creative briefs and translate them into compelling designs that achieve the project goals. Designs should balance the needs of our consumers, our design aesthetic, and the objectives of the business. You will also be creating rapid design mockups, iterating and incorporating design feedback, polishing final details, exporting final assets and prepping files for print.

The total cash range for this position in New York is $242,000.00 to $338,500.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $387,000.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role. The total cash range for this position in Chicago is $208,000.00 to $291,500.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $333,000.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

REQUIREMENTS:
