 Most of your day (70%) is designing social content and performance ads. Instagram carousels, LinkedIn posts, display ads, email headers, landing page visuals. You're balancing aesthetic quality with conversion optimization&mdash;not just making pretty things.
 
 
 
 
 
 About 20% of your time goes to video editing. Reels, testimonials, product demos. Clean cuts, strong pacing, motion graphics that support the story without cluttering it. You'll use Premiere Pro and After Effects.
 
 
 
 
 
 The remaining 10%? Prototyping landing pages and UI elements in Figma for campaign microsites. You'll hand these off to our product designer for refinement, but you need to understand interaction design and conversion principles.

 Digital Asset Management: Efficiently organize and manage digital assets using digital asset management systems such as Frame.io, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Microsoft Sharepoint

 Software Proficiency: Utilize industry-standard software including Premiere Pro and After Effects to execute video and motion graphics projects.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaboration: Work closely with the Creative Director, Project manager, and other Video Editors to ensure the creative vision is achieved in all video projects.
 </li>
 <li>
 Innovation: Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in video editing and motion graphics to continually bring fresh ideas to the table.
 </li>
 <li>
 Act as a mentor to other designers on the brand creative team.

 What We're Seeking
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Experience: 6+ years of proven experience working with major agencies and/or brands, with a strong portfolio showcasing sophisticated motion graphics and video editing work.
 </li>
 <li>
 Skills: Exceptional skills in multi-camera editing, color correction, audio mastering, and graphic design. A solid and demonstrable understanding of animation principles is a must.
 </li>
 <li>
 Software Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, and experience with digital asset management systems. Proficiency in Cinema 4D or Blender is a plus. Experience with AI image and video generation also a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
 </li>
 <li>
 Creative Vision: Ability to translate creative concepts into clear and visually compelling video content while adhering to brand guidelines.
 </li>
 <li>
 Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
 </li>
 <li>
 Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Film Production, Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Technical Knowledge: Use of proxies, proper ingest, and Familiarity with exporting content for various platforms.
