What We Are Looking For

ThirdLove is seeking an exceptional, results-driven Director of Growth Marketing to own and execute our customer acquisition and growth strategy. This is a critical leadership role responsible for scaling our brand efficiently by converting high-value prospects into loyal customers.  We&rsquo;re seeking a Growth Lead to scale our Lifecycle efforts. This role requires someone who can clearly understand Clay&rsquo;s customer segments and how each individual builds the habit of using our product. Additionally, this person needs to work really well cross-functionally to ensure we&rsquo;re communicating the right updates to customers and the community.
 
 
 
 What You&rsquo;ll Do
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 You will be the main driver of Clay&rsquo;s email and in-product notification channels, owning all company communications as well as experiments to improve core metrics.
 </li>
 <li>
 You will obsess over our email onboarding process, building different tracks for different personas and use cases.
 </li>
 <li>
 You will obsess on how our core market segments and personas build the habit of using Clay. You will then experiment with how we can manufacture habit loops through different forms of notifications.
 </li>
 <li>
 You will partner very closely with our GTM Ops team to ensure you have all of the right audience segments and tracking infrastructure to implement campaigns.
 </li>
 <li>
 You will work closely with Content and Product Marketing to launch ongoing company announcements and product features with clear and concise copy.
 </li>
 <li>
 You will work closely with Brand to ensure our emails fit our guidelines and have a strong brand presence.

 Experience with building lifecycle motions that drive impact in activation and product engagement.

 Experience working with cross-functional teams across Marketing, Brand, Content, and Ops to ensure marketing campaigns are being launched successfully.

 Experience building internal processes to optimize operations within the lifecycle function.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with experimentation - comfortable with establishing MDEs, experiment runtime, etc. but also clearly understanding when we should just run a pre and post analysis.

Conversion Strategy: Define and lead a comprehensive roadmap for website optimization, experimentation (A/B, multivariate, personalization), and funnel design aimed at increasing trial sign-ups, qualified sales leads, and average order values of newly acquired customers.</li><li>
Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead a dedicated squad of Product, Design, Engineering, and Analytics partners, rallying them around high-impact experiments that improve performance. Influence senior stakeholders across Marketing and Product to align on growth priorities.</li><li>
Data-Driven Insights: Go beyond surface-level metrics. Uncover actionable insights about user behavior, traffic patterns, and conversion funnels, translating them into business opportunities.</li><li>
Strategic Collaboration: Serve as the central hub for web acquisition. Partner closely with Paid Media, SEO, Product Marketing, and Content to deliver seamless, high-performing customer journeys from first click to conversion.</li><li>
Business Impact: Champion a test-and-learn culture. Tie all initiatives directly to growth outcomes by owning customer acquisition and revenue targets.</li><li>
Coaching &amp; Mentorship (optional): Elevate the craft of experimentation by mentoring cross-functional partners and evangelizing CRO best practices.</li></ul> 
Qualifications<ul><li>
5+ years in web marketing, digital growth, or CRO roles, with a clear track record of improving conversion rates and driving revenue through a B2B or B2C website (SaaS experience is a major plus).</li><li>
Deep expertise with web analytics, experimentation platforms, and content management systems (CMS).</li><li>
Strategic thinker with business-owner mindset: skilled at shaping roadmaps, influencing stakeholders, and translating complex data into a clear vision.</li><li>
Exceptional communicator and collaborator who thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.</li><li>
