 Manage the Administration &amp; facility maintenance services, catering, accommodation, cleaning, utilities, and organizing all events -including board meetings and logistics preparation - so to guarantee smooth workflow and deliver a high level of services in all the head offices and branches.

 Manage the provision of courier services, mobile and telephone services, delivery of staff transportation, and driving services provided in the head office and branches in a timely and efficient manner with full compliance with the organization&rsquo;s policy and procedures.

 Develop and maintain relationships with third-party suppliers that provide administrative services to EGIC &ndash; hotels, car rentals, and cleaning &ndash; to benefit from corporate deals and offers, considering contracts and another alignment of procedures.

 Monitor the ticketing system through the transactions on the ticketing and requests (due date and assignment); to ensure the execution of service in accordance to the SLA and timing without overdue.
