 The Consultant will own functional workstreams within Patient Support Services technology programs and act as a techno-functional lead across business analysis, solution design, and delivery execution.
 
 
 
 This role requires deep PSS domain knowledge, strong Salesforce Health / Life Sciences Cloud expertise, and the ability to independently engage with clients
 
 
 
 
 What you&rsquo;ll do:
 
 
 
 
 Domain Leadership &amp; Business Analysis:

 Lead requirements discovery workshops with client stakeholders across:

 Patient Services
 </li>
 <li>
 Market Access &amp; Reimbursement
 </li>
 <li>
 Field Reimbursement &amp; Nurse Educator teams
 </li>
 </ul>
 <li>
 Translate complex business needs into clear functional designs and delivery plans
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure solutions align with program SOPs, compliance, and audit requirements
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Solution Design &amp; Techno-Functional Ownership:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Own functional solution design on Salesforce Health Cloud/ Life Sciences Cloud
 </li>
 <li>
 Define scalable data models, workflows, and automation patterns for PSS programs
 </li>
 <li>
 Review and validate technical designs from a functional and business lens
 </li>
 <li>
 Act as the primary bridge between client stakeholders and technical teams
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Delivery &amp; Client Engagement
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Own functional delivery across the project lifecycle
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead UAT planning, execution, and defect resolution
 </li>
 <li>
 Support data migration, integration, and reporting requirements
 </li>
 <li>
 Present solutions, trade-offs, and recommendations to client leadership
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Team &amp; Practice Contribution
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Mentor Associate Consultants &amp; junior resources and review their deliverables
 </li>
 <li>
 Support solution demos, proposals, and RFP responses
 </li>
 <li>
 Contribute to reusable assets, accelerators, and best practices in PSS Tech
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>

 Strong hands-on experience in Patient Support Services implementations

 Deep understanding of Hub Services, Market Access, Reimbursement, and Patient Engagement workflows

 Proven experience with Salesforce Health Cloud and/or Life Sciences Cloud
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, integrations, and platform capabilities

 Ability to independently drive client conversations and decisions

 Preferred Background

 Experience in Patient support services implantation with advanced therapies (cell &amp; gene therapy) is a strong plus

 Exposure to AI-enabled or data-driven PSS solutions is an advantage
