 Support ERG and employee engagement initiatives by planning, coordinating, and executing events and campaigns in collaboration with ERG champions and HR SPOCs.

 Manage engagement and communication calendars to ensure timely execution of ERG activities, campaigns, and HR communications.

 Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and designers for communication assets, creative designs, event logistics, and follow-ups, ensuring on-time delivery.

 Qualifications:

 1&ndash;2 years of experience in internal communications, employee engagement, marketing, or a related role; experience in a fast-paced or tech environment is a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to review content for grammar, clarity, tone, and brand alignment.

Responsible for Compliance of VDA, QMS, EnMS, and EMS requirement in Production Area. Co-ordinate India 2.5, and BEV Project for implementing smooth Production Processes. To control and monitor fulfillment of KPi&rsquo;s for individual centers &ndash; Yard actions / Recovery and also strategize infra and activities relating to yard and Port activity.  Approves the new process standards after verification before implementation

 Advice for new skills development of employees, Ensure safe work practices and legal safety compliances.
