We believe in family-centered practice, bilingual service, and culturally responsive care.</p><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Deliver one-to-one and small group ABA/SI sessions for children ages 0-3, in home, daycare or community settings.</li><li>Implement individualized treatment plans developed in collaboration with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) / early intervention supervisors.</li><li>Collect and graph behavioral and instructional data; monitor child progress toward IFSP goals.</li><li>Communicate regularly with families in Spanish and English: provide updates, training, and parent coaching.</li><li>Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team (therapists, early childhood educators, families).</li><li>Maintain documentation of sessions, progress notes, and required state/agency forms.</li><li>Participate in staff meetings, training, and supervision sessions.</li></ul><p><b>Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>Fluency in Spanish and English (verbal and written) is <b>required</b>.</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Psychology, Special Education, Student's with disabilities certification.</li><li>Certification or eligibility as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) preferred</li><li>Previous experience working with young children (0-3) with developmental delays, autism spectrum disorder, or in early intervention programs is preferred.</li><li>Strong data-collection, documentation and communication skills.</li><li>Valid New York State driver&rsquo;s license and reliable transportation (for home-visits) may be required depending on setting.</li><li>Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends if needed by families.</li></ul><p><b>Compensation &amp; Benefits:</b></p><ul><li>Competitive hourly rate or salary, commensurate with experience</li><li>Flexible scheduling, supportive team environment.</li></ul><p>Job Type: Contract</p><p>Pay: From $65.00 per hour</p><p>Expected hours: 5 &ndash; 40 per week</p><p>Language:</p><ul><li>Spanish (Required)</li></ul><p>License/Certification:</p><ul><li>Special Education Certification (Required)</li></ul><p>Work Location: In person</p>
