This equipment includes, but is not limited to, stand-by diesel generators, switchgear, UPS's, PDU's, AHU's, chillers, cooling towers, chemical treatment systems, pumps, motors, VFD's, and building automation systems.

The role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and a strong commitment to hygiene and presentation standards.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Operate industrial washing, drying, pressing, and finishing equipment safely and efficiently</li><li>Sort, wash, dry, fold, and store linen, towels, uniforms, and guest garments according to property standards</li><li>Inspect items for stains, damage, or wear and apply appropriate pre-treatment or remediation</li><li>Maintain accurate records of laundry volumes, chemical usage, and equipment maintenance logs</li><li>Ensure correct chemical dosing and handling in compliance with health and safety regulations</li><li>Deliver processed linen and garments to designated departments in a timely manner</li><li>Report equipment faults, maintenance needs, or supply shortages to the supervisor promptly</li><li>Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment at all times</li><li>Assist with stock counts, linen inventory management, and discard/replacement reporting</li><li>Adhere to all hygiene, safety, and environmental policies including proper chemical storage and disposal</li></ul>Candidate Profile<ul><li>Prior experience operating commercial or industrial laundry equipment preferred</li><li>Knowledge of fabric types, washing temperatures, and care label instructions</li><li>Familiarity with laundry chemicals, dosing systems, and safe handling procedures</li><li>Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle heavy loads</li><li>Strong attention to detail with a quality-first mindset</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet time-sensitive output targets</li><li>Team player with a reliable and disciplined approach to shift-based work</li><li>Basic English literacy; ability to read labels, instructions, and safety data sheets</li></ul>Education &amp; Experience<ul><li>Secondary school education or equivalent</li><li>Minimum 1&ndash;2 years of experience in a laundry or housekeeping role, preferably within hospitality</li><li>Relevant vocational training or certification is an advantage</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
