 About the Role
 
 
 
 We are seeking a passionate and experienced
 
 Director of Sales &amp; Marketing
 
 to join our 4-star hotel in Doha. The successful candidate will lead all sales, marketing, and revenue-generating activities, ensuring the hotel achieves its commercial objectives while maintaining brand excellence.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Develop and execute the hotel&rsquo;s annual sales and marketing strategy to maximize revenue and occupancy.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead and mentor the sales and marketing team to achieve monthly and yearly targets.
 </li>
 <li>
 Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and key market segments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee marketing campaigns, online presence, and promotional activities to enhance the hotel&rsquo;s visibility.
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze market trends and competitor performance to identify business opportunities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with the Revenue and Operations teams to optimize pricing and distribution strategies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Represent the hotel in exhibitions, trade shows, and local business events.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare periodic reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights.
 </li>

 Qualifications &amp; Requirements
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Hospitality Management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum
 
 3&ndash;5 years of experience
 
 in Sales &amp; Marketing within a 4-star or 5-star hotel.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven track record in achieving revenue and business development goals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of the Qatar and GCC hospitality market.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Arabic speaker is a must.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Must hold a valid QID and currently reside in Qatar.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient in English and Arabic.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Compensation &amp; Benefits

 QAR 10,000 &ndash; 15,000
